Hi! This is something I like to do, for some years I have been collecting monsterhigh dolls. One day I decided that it would be a good idea to change the color of their eyes and some features because they did not seem realistic enough.
The first thing I do is to choose the base of the doll that most resembles the character I want to create, naked to the wrist and the wax of the face with acetone (pure) -Despues with pastel pencils, I pre-drawn the most important features (eyes, nose and mouth) - little by little I go up the colors and making contours darker to have a more real appearance.
And at the end seal with a waterproof lacquer to resist anything. I am very lucky together with my boyfriend, we made a @riae doll and on his visit to Mexico I could give it to her, she liked it a lot, and it makes me happy to know that one of my dolls lives outside my country.
