-Ok so it's been over a month since my last journal entry.
This is why.
I went though a deep depression due to the fact that my dad's girlfriend was talking all kinds of shit about me, causing him to talk shit about me and my friends behind my back, to people of great importance to my life. It was bogus. My sister let me on to this fact and I pretty much let them both have it. The at first got pissed that I was even yelling at them but when I layed out the knowledge that I had aquired from my fathful sibling, they shut up really quick.
Jane (dad's girlfriend) went back up to Montana, good riddance. *fuckin' bitch* Ever since then, Dad's actually been happier, cause he's not around a bitter old woman that complains about everything under the sun.
Another reason was that Chuy, my roommate, started smoking crack. I'm not joking either. He was literally smoking crack, it was fucked up. He started getting all fucked in the head, as what happends to people on crack. It got so bad that I had to move out before I fucking killed him. Seriously, I was planing on doing it. I was actually gonna torture him first just because of the shit he was pulling on me. I couldn't get my hands on any thorozine though and my friend Garrett talked me out of it. He's a good friend like that.
Just to give you one of the many examples of the shit he was pulling, he put a homeless guy in my space when I brought a girl over. He later told me, laughingly, that he did it specifically to prevent me from getting laid. It took all of my self control to not cut his head off. For reals, I had a machate in my car
The day that I moved out, I walked in to the apartment to find Chuy in the middle of giving away my DVD's. I managed to rescue the majority of them only losing my 2 disc special edition version of Sin City to some nice mexican family.
However, it was a bitter loss considering that it was on of my more expensive and one of my favorites in my vast, eclectic collection.
Oh well, it can be easly replaced.
Anywho, good fortune shined on me when I was able to move in to a new place almost immeadeatly. It's a really kick ass deal as well. You see, I'm now living in a town house just two blocks east of Echo Park. For free. I am acting as caretaker for this place while it undergoes construction. The house it's self is finished, but they are adding a big ass garage with multilevel decks above it. They needed someone in the house for insurance purposes and since they already knew me (the owner is the engineer on the tennis court job that I am currently working on) and heard about my situation, they decided to make my year and give me this awesome fucking deal.
I get my own place, complete with:
-A giant fucking bedroom with the most spectacular view of downtown Los Angeles
-My own kitchen
-My own living room
-My own Bathroom which is pimp as all hell, the show is the "el dankaty"
-A guest bathroom
-A pantry the size of my last apartment
-Free Satellite TV (Comming soon)
-Free Internet (Comming soon as well)
-Free utilites
and most importantly,
-A parking spot
How long does this sweet deal last, you ask? That's one of the best parts. You see, they need someone in there until the place sells. The contruction has to be finished before that happends. Their estimate: About a year. When they asked me if that was too long, I laughed at them and said, "Yeah, that's outragious, I won't stand for it... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It's excellent!"
Alls I have to do is keep the place clean, which is not a problem considering that I have more room than I do stuff, mow the lawn, and trim the flowers.
Other than that, I just have to exist.
I can bring a girl over if I like, but no parties. This is no biggie 'cause I'm not a really big "party person". When ever I want to get down, I go out.
Seriously though, I started crying when I saw the place. I was so happy.
The internet's not hooked up yet and [strikeout]all of the nearby connections are locked so this will probably be my last entry for a while[/strikeout]. My account is set to end soon so I may go grey for a while. I might be back. Haven't decided yet. I love most of the people here, but there is a lot of eliteism in places and I've never really been able to abide to that.
What am I saying, I'll most probably be back.
Maybe.
NOTE: Tonight I discovered that I infact do have an open connection here, so it looks like I'll be sticking around for a little while longer
