I just got back from Palm Springs this morning, I wanted to leave yesterday but my sis, who was my ride, had to go work for her boss who was also spending the holiday weekend in the area, Palm Desert to be exact.

Wound up going to this dive bar with my cousin Doug and his buddy Levi. I went to the jukebox and put some POTUSA and some Primus on (excellent bar music if you ask me) and we got to playing some pool.

After the bar I was all drunk and full from all the pie I had eaten through the course of the day, so I wanted to just go home and crash so sis and I could leave in the morning.

However...

Doug wanted to show off how powerful his 4x4 power diesel was by climbing up the side of this mountain with it. This would have been fun it I weren't so tired, drunk, and full, but I was all of those things, so it wasn't really too pleasent.

I noticed that my hair is starting to turn red lately. It's kind of weird, I've been a blonde all my life. I noticed that my facial hair was comming in red when I first started getting it. I think the Scotch/Irish in my blood is taking over.

I finally cleaned my room today, it looks nice. It feels really good too, like I can actually think strait. Plus I found my camera's USB cable! Yay!

Things are starting to turn around for me, so I guess my plan is slowly working. This is a very good thing
