Check it out! After four hours I now have half of my tattoo!

It starts about an inch below my pant line and goes half way up my back curving towards my spine. I'm pretty stoked about how it is going. I go back in two weeks to finish the owl which will be bright pink and purple (my two obsessive favorite colors).

It was a blast! The other cool thing is my friend in the program worked at the knitting factory when she lived in New York so they were awesome with us. After the show we went to a party with the band (a friend of mine knew them) where I was chatting with them and came up with a performance idea with the band and painters in the grad program. Hopefully we get it off the ground.

I have two crits on friday so I better get back to painting! Everything is wonderful but busy as hell!

that's a very cool tatoo. but you should have just gotten something tribal like veryone else. ha ha ha seriously. I like the design. Pink and purple? It's going to be like BAM!!! hey, I"m an owl. It'll be awesome

The harness everyone says to get, the Jaguar harness, is available in WHITE LEATHER. It's a white belt strap-on!

I told my lady friend and she plotzed and was all "OMG, we have to get this one." So we are. It's 95 buxx though...
