So I had my one week post op-visit. Looks like I'll be out of work til atleast the end of July if not sometime in August. Devastated. I was supposed to have my Super Fucking Fantastic 21st on July 18th. But I'm thinking about canceling the party and having it sometime in August or September. I know that it may be selfish but I'm really not digging the idea of me downing Red Deaths in a wheel chair with a cast cause I can't put any weight on it. Is that wrong that I think it would be unfair for everyone to have more fun then me on my birthday, esp if I'm going to be shelling out like $800! lol I'm just not looking forward to spending my time mostly at home, but my specialist did say he'd write a script for a wheel chair so I can go out with friends once and a while, so myself and some friends are going to go out maybe Friday. 
I'm trying to ween myself off the pain meds cause it's starting to make me feel really sick since I'm moving around more often, also the last thing I need is an addiction to pain meds. It's hard enough to control my addiction to chocolate. But one of my fave gays is bringing me Ice Cream Sunday or Monday.
I'm just so blue over this broken ankle.
I recently stopped seeing my Therapist and working through some self image crap, and this whole being stuck on my ass...no working...feeling forgotten by my friends, but I'm feeling like rejoining is a good idea.
One good thing... 3G iPhone July 11th. Happy Birfday to meeee.

My ankle/foot sans cast. I was so suprised that it didn't look terribley swollen, just a little red and tight.
