Yeay for the diet working.
Hurrah for feeling happier and healthier than I can remember feeling in years.
How wonderful it is to be in love, and to be loved in return.
My creative expressions are filled with sunshine and cheesyness - and I don't even care.

horay on the diet... but as i was telling lewis.. theres this wrong belief that people are meant to weigh like NOTHING>..
you should beware of that cos... for a breif month i weighed 9 stone and hey.. it was fun.. but i perfer being 10 smile

Yawn....Toast and tea before work can be such a delight. Feeling healthy for two minutes before I have strong black coffee and a fag :p

My skin is all kinds of bad today! I shall cocoon myself in various Dermalogica products and emerge smooth and flawless once again.
Work was very busy today, it flew in.
My Dad continues to be the most useful person I have ever known. He is the true man in my life.
I could really go a beer with this joint.....
