IT WAS BLOODY AWESOME!!!
There aren't a lot of artists that can make me laugh, cry, dance and scream. George can. And did.
He was just amazing.
He talked a lot to the crowd, his voice was amazing, and everything was perfect. He sang loads of my favorite songs (he couldn't have sang all..we would've been there all night.......
The sound was much better than I expected, as I heard some bad reviews after the AC/DC concert, and I was much closer to the stage than I expected too! Still pretty far away...but I thought I would really be as far away as possible. I wasn't!!
I have to say that this was the best concert I've ever seen. Mr Michael has passed Pearl Jam, Chemical Brothers, Faithless, and lots of other amazing concerts. I didn't really expect that up front to be honest.
I still didn't manage to take any good pictures though.
I'm the worlds worst person with a camera.
But anyway, here are some pictures.
The only dissapointing thing was the merchandise stand. SHIT merch. Ah well...I shouldn't be buying anything anyway. Probably for the best.
Well. If you all put up with my George Michael love. I've had a very good week other than just seeing George. Started work at 6.30AM two days in a row, going to do it again tomorrow. I don;t mind, I like opening up the cafe and stuff .
Plus it reminds me of home if it's still dark outside. With one exception, I don't need a thick wintercoat to walk outside .
This weekend is going to be awesome. The cafe will be closed on Saturday, and Monday is Labour day, so will be off then as well . Long weekend ahoy!
And a friend from Townsville will be coming over, and Cjmules will be in town.
Good days ahead
13 more days until I leave for Brisbane and go on my roadtrip to Perth!!!!
I hope you had a fun night!
