Wow quite a day today
woke up sore from my first day of lifting free weights
I am starting a new workout program
SAT & SUN walk with my hubby
MON, WED, FRI elliptical machine
Tues & Thursday Weights (arms upper body tuesday and then legs abs back thursday
30 minutes a day
It also took me all morning, I just finished now to give all 6 dogs a flea bath a quick brushing and the worst cut their over long nails. THey cried and scratched and head butted my and nibbled squirmed kiced and waht not but I did it all of them every nail to the right length, yay me.
I know smell like sweat wet dog and flea soap and blood
So off to take another shower and wash all the towels.
Any advice on how to calm a dog down for nail cutting?
