Meidcation update:
Trazodone: I take half a pill at night and seem to sleep better, waking up less and thinking a lot less too
May go up to a whole pill soon
Venlafaxine: up to 2 pills a day going to 3 soon but this pill makes me nauseous sporadically through the day
I made an effort to workout everyday.........started Tuesday but I haven't missed a day yet. The doc told me Daily exercise would be helpful.
Not sure if I want to continue both meds, I want to keep just the Trazodone cause it helps with anxiety and sleep.
Now word on counseling, but I can do without. Now that I know what is wrong I can help myself to fix it, and Chris is pushing to get me to do more things too.

fallenglory makes some great stuff in her etsy store I got a great perfume oil and a sample of cherry bomb soap and well that sample enticed my to but a whole bar I am going to smell so good

My sister had me take some trazodone to help me sleep when I was in Texas and when she came out here. It's weird waking up and feeling a bit drunk for a few minutes but it was a nice sleep than I'd gotten for awhile.
