I am not going to call myself a vegetarian (I hate being labeled anyways)
I had a bite of chicken last night..............
Decided that I will eat a lot less meat, but I hate to deprive myself of anything and going totally meatless would be doing that. If I ant a damn corn dog at Disneyland for example then I will get that corn dog and not feel guilty about it.
Same goes for the gelatin like marshmallows, hot cocoa is not the same without them floating on top.
Still want my veggie books, cause having alternatives to meat is always good and like I said I am cutting back on meat so I need some guidance there.

Anyway, Katella and Dryad are right, its a lot easier to simply acknowledge that you want meat every now and again and have a bit to get past the craving. After a while, they'll become really really infrequent, but it'll still happen.
If you like either eggplant or mushrooms (Portobello are th best), both can be a great substitute for meat (due to the texture). Also eggs are a nice (cheap!) source of protein when you're craving, peanut-butter or other nuts are good as well.
Have fun with your new decision! (YAY)
