I still really hate me hair, I've been babying it and deep conditioning it, and it's still crap. I want to just cut it all off but I don't think I'll look good bald. Any of you have conditioning or protein hair tratments that you use? I'd appreciate any advice here.
I am also getting frustrated with working out, I do the eliptical machine for 30minutes everyday (an hour if I want to skip a day) and lately the scale has been going up not down. I'd be happy it the scale just stayed the same even. Full disclosure I am 295lbs and lately the scale has gone up to 299lbs. I know muscle weighs more than fat does and my legs and arms are getting some muscle in them, it's just such a bummer to be working out everyday and not see a difference in the scale.
