due to overwhealming response for more of my poetry I've decided to cave in and post some more

Take this day
put it away
out of sight
out of mind
everythings fine
as I walk the line
I find
you cannot rewind
or fast forward
so I just stumble toward
the end
try not to break but just bend
and fend
off the men
who seek to rend
me in two
and make amends
with them
who lend
me thier strength
try to pay it back in good faith
try to stand tall
till I hear the call of the wraith
that takes us all
I will walk steady and not fall
Prey
to the watchers who stand ready to make me pay
a price I've already paid
lay bricks that do not need laid
for this wall built on false currency
my eyes were once blurred but now they see
the answer is ever right in front of me
a simple plea
whatever will be
will be
so all that I can do is just Love You
and You can Love Me too
then Together We can cast off this burden and find whats pure and true
