well this weekend sucked....gained weight...got used as a training dummy(will explain later), and i just feel like complete shit
i had drill this weekend...so i show up and get weighed in. ive been doing well lately...ive lost weight at a regular rate and i was on track to be under my limit by april. so i show up and step on the scale and it says ive gained 7 pounds. so we try another...same shit....another....same....finally i end up just accepting it and getting put back on the shitlist. yesterday we go do training. one of my old sergeants happened to be an instructor, and he knew i gained weight. so i was used to demonstrate how to search a vehicle and detain the individual...he was a little more forceful than he needed to be. my head and the ground met a few times...same with the hood of the car...i got back at him though...next runthrough he was the detainee. ive had the worst stomach pains the last couple of weeks, so im trying not to do too much. hopefully next week will be better.
