I'm want to get tatted really really soon! I need help finding a great tattoo artist in the area..I've seen some tattoo parlor's websites that are in the South St. area of Philly. I'll travel a little outside the area if I need to. I want a big forearm peice, retouch my ankle and, if there's enough money, more tats! Help a lady out and point me in the right direction. Thanks
