Holy fucking shit. What a week last week was. I’m still feeling so very blessed and full of empowering female energy right now. I love New Orleans so very much, I feel as if I lived there in a past life. I’ve spent time there every year for five years in a row. I became obsessed with the French influence, the dark history, Marie Laveau, the SPOOKY shit. So, when I saw my Bay Area SG fam, Bristole and Merry (Marysa), we’re going to this shoot fest- I just HAD to come. Funnily enough, I wasn’t sure about it yet and I accidentally bought the plane tickets. So there I went!
I honestly can’t believe how beautiful, kind, talented, and stunning every single human I met this weekend. Even the boyfriends, moms, friends, of all the SGs & hopefuls were just angels. Watching hot chick after hot chick create incredible content back to back for four days straight is, by far, the most inspiring experience I’ve ever had in my life.
I was so fucking excited to be reunited with @leemalee , the SG legend, that I’m sure will be turned staff any moment now. Bristole was an angel enough to drive us to the airport to get her- where we got lost for like AN ENTIRE HOUR- because NOLA has a new airport and an old and the maps are not updated. LOL but we finally made it and the house was even more cute and perfect than the pictures seemed. Once everyone began to show up and pile on, my anxiety turned to awe because every single person I kept meeting was such a beautiful, kind, perfect soul, that I could feel love radiating off of. (Yes I will get cheesier, hey ready).
I was so excited to shoot with Leema again, she’s a mermaid herself and I had a mermaid set idea so I knew she would be into that! Our shoot was poolside and even though it was FREEZING! But I know we got some killer shots and I even braved the pool! I also shot with Merry again. And I was so excited to finally meet Filicity- who I’ve followed for ages. I shot a patreon set with her and it looked SO BOMB. Here was my look for Merry:
I was so honored that so many people wanted my help with makeup and hair. I had so much fucking fun making everyone feel beautiful. Braided some heads and painted some faces and felt fulfilled that everyone was confident about it. I was lucky to have Friday off from shooting. I fell one of the nights and actually fucked my knee up a quite a bit but thanks to all the precious angels I was with, I was well taken care of. Saturday was much, more eventful. I shot three sets that day, @merryboudoir , @filicity , and my first multi- also with @filicity
our multi was SO FUN- silly string fight!

Our last night was the wildest, parades, falls, phones being lost- lots of chaos- but unforgettable! The Krewe du Vieux was the parade we witnessed and it was the beginning of mardi gras! It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced.
Mainly, I just wanna thank everyone involved with this shoot fest, the hosts, locals, photographers, girls who opened up to me, comforted me when I needed it, everyone. The most wonderful, beautiful part of all of this was making connections that meant so much to me- things I haven't felt making friends in a long, long time.
So grateful for meeting these two @wednesdaya and @arson
so blessed to know this one and be able to them congratulations for finally turning pink @bristole - i probably would not have gone at all or be near as involved if it wasn't for you and i thank you for being such a kind friend to me as i make the bay my new home.
and of course thank you to @missy @sean and @rambo for creating such an amazing place for us to be us
