I checked out the loft today. It's decent, spacious as a mofo, but the only downside is the parking and the friggin' carpet is kinda natty. I'm going to think it over for a few days and then let her know.

It's above a bar on Main St. called Mr. Pitifuls, which is kinda close to liberty. I have a handgun, that I will definitely be taking down there with me, even though it's gated. Time for a concealed weapon permit
