Other than that, winter is getting pretty long and rough here in Montreal, but I'm doing Soberary, for the 6th year already, and not drinking for a month always helps my mind and my body not to fall in a really dark downward spiral, so that's great! Coocooning the most I can, sleeping well, eating well and self-caring a lot will be my month!
