Haven't posted here in awhile. I got caught up in projects around the house... I'll update on that in another post. But back around the holidays, I purchased a kit on sale and have finally gotten around to working on it now. Today, I glued in the neck. I'm excited to start installing all the rest of the components. I have named her "Sirena"... I usually name my builds. Do you like the color? My wifey picked out the color from my selection of dyes. I think it looks good!! I decided to use a black dye on the neck and (guitar body) back, and it had a cool effect in that it made it look like a relic... not looking black, but rather and aged DARK brown. I really like that too. I'll post a pic of the finished guitar later... once Sirena is ready.
