I have been riding the world's LARGEST emotional Roller Coaster for weeks now.......
Sorry, I haven't been posting. I have had a lot going on in my life. Actually, I don't even know if anyone even reads my posts, so maybe it doesn't matter anyways.... But, I have been dealing with a family emergency and it has been quite a trip so far. To make a long story short, my 89 year old grandmother was perfectly healthy, taking no medications, living alone, driving herself around, doing yard work, and so many other things only three weeks ago. Then she goes in for a routine procedure and now has had a major brain bleed, had major brain surgery and been left for dead once. My whole family came in and said our goodbyes and we were told we would never talk to our grandmother again. Today, my grandmother is talking on the phone, recognizes family members, is feeding herself meals, and remembers information from her past.... Needless to say my Grandmother is now a one in a million statistic and on the winning end. She is the strongest woman I have ever known and I am so grateful to get more time with her. I can only hope I will be blessed with half her strength one day.
That's about all I have time for right now, but... on a lighter note - Here's a cute pic of Dobby (or two)!
And one more cute pic of my cousin's little girl playin' in some spaghetti!
