I was flat out like "I'm sick of fucking cleaning up after you and everyone else is too (There's a total of 5 of us.)." Then I explained - in detail - how it was going to go down, what the punishment was if you didn't do your chore the whole week (paying $5 to each housemate, we up to $10 for the 2nd and so on), I typed up everything we agreed on, and made a crafty little chore wheel.
