ugh. stupid internet connection. i don't know what happened. some webpages were working, some weren't (including SG). it was messed up for the last week or 2. anyway, it seems to be working now.
good news: annoying guy is no longer sitting next to me at work! he quit or got fired or something and went to a different job. so now no more annoying at work (well, other than the actually having to do work part). that guy used to piss me off sooooo much. anyway, deep breath, relax. he's gone now.
bad news: i failed my motorbike test to get my full licence. i was doing okay for the entire day (you spend about 7 hours doing classroom exercises, practice, a 2 hour road ride), but i messed up a couple of times in the test which was enough for me to fail it. maybe i was nervous, maybe i need more practice, i'm not sure. but i'll try again in a month or 2. i probably do need more practice anyway. commuting to work and stuff is okay, but i probably need more practice at slow speed stuff (i messed up on the sharp u-turn and weaving between cones).
oh, and hoochie got taken away to the wreckers. it was a sad day, but at least i got to keep the licence places. poor hoochie.
