Well, I made it! I endured three entire days with the family and I'm still alive; for that matter, so are they. Now I just need to come up with a good excuse for why I could not possibly make it down there for X-mas. They want me to spend a week! Not likely, says I. Don't get me wrong, I love my family; I just can't stand to be around them for extended periods of time -- you know, like hours and such.

I understand that, being my mother's only child, I will always be her little baby, but for cryin'-out-loud, I'm 30 years old and am not going to move back home! She wants me to move back home (Medford area), come back to church (or as I like to call it, 'crutch') and settle down with a nice X-tian girl. She keeps trying to set me up with these girls from her church. I wonder if she realizes the method by which she is trying to lure me back is..... well, pussy. Kinda sick and wrong, huh?

Anyway, I'm just very glad to be back in Portland.
