a friend and i went for a fucking 25 mile bike ride sunday after noon, my ass still hurts. it was pretty much fun tho. bbq'd some hot sausage and chicken last night...noone makes chicken as good as me dammit!

big pinewood derby race for cub scouts this coming weekend...we're gonna kick some fucking ass!!!
