Alright, I found a home for the pit. I ended up calling a few vets to see if they knew of anyone that was interested and one of them game me a number of a lady that had just called a few minutes ago asking if they knew of anyone looking to get rid of a decent sized dog. So, I called her and it ended up being for her brother who had just put his Rot mix to sleep a few days earlier. I met up with him that night at his moms house and it all seemed good so we'll see. Hes supposed to pick up Brutus tomorrow at 5 pm. I hate to get rid of him because he is easily the best and smartest dog Ive ever had but, as is the case sometimes, other circumstances dictate otherwise. At least he is going to a good home. That is the one thing I was worried about; giving him away to someone that was going to beat him or treat him badly. Its hard to judge someone based on one encounter but he seemed to take control of the dog in the same manner I did so I feel good about him. Strong and firm but not loosing his temper with him. Hopefully it works out for everyone.

Apparently I giggle a lot. I never realized it. Others tell me its cute, or silly, or that they just like it and Ive never believed any of them. Just always thought they were making fun of me. How many times do you have to be told something before you realize its true?

Aint gots much else to say. Work is, once again, crazy. That probably wont ever change. Job security though, right? I did get my bonus though, which is cool. The only question now is whether to be irresponsible with it and get a tattoo or put it away. Ill be in Chicago Sept 7th thru Oct 3rd. Im sure that will get extended. As long as Im back for my birthday Ill be cool. Not like I have anything planned I just dont want to be having to work like a maniac. I need to focus more attention on my side projects so I can get a handful of them together and see if they will actually sell or not. Ive got a long ass list of ideas for furniture and such just not enough time. Id really like to get four more done and see where it goes from there.

Ive had this bad ass idea for floating table that has grown into something unbelievable. If I can get it done the way I see it in my head, this will be the best place to display it because it is a little sick and twisted for simple minded folk. Its all about dead babies, suicide, zombies and an offering, yet, still a functional piece of furniture. Maybe itll be more like a functional piece of art of some sorts. Ill let you all be the judge when you see it. The shock and awe of it is a sole source of motivation for me to finally get it done.
