Did you guys know that I constantly speak in metaphors?
Metaphor:
Ever read a book that you think finishes way too early. Like there should just be a whole lot more there for you to read. What if you got half way through the book and then realized that all the rest of the pages were left blank. I flipped a few pages and they were blank, but didnt go any further. Its odd, things dont make any sense leading up to those blank pages, there isnt anything telling you that thats just how its going to be. Albeit, I was in a part of the book that you have to work through. Not every book is a quick read that keeps you interested the whole way through. So, sometimes you have to work at continuing to read it because you know it will get better once you get past this part. The plot was already laid out and its been a hell of a story thus far, but, those little details can get boring and turn you off. I was working my way through it. But, the last page I read was just, wow........ Instead of getting mad at the book and throwing it across the room in hopes that it shatters into nothing, Ive just kind of kindly set it down. Im kinda confused at it but not even angry in the least. I dont think Ill be able to make sense of it any time soon but for now Ill just put in a box on a shelf in the back of my closet and, who knows, mabye 5 or 10 years from now Ill find out that that was just a stopping point and not the end. Expect the worst and hope for the best right? I think that is the best I can hope for at this point.
