It makes you pick stupid fights, read into EVERYTHING, say/do dumb things, and sometimes you don't even realize you're doing it until you're able to take a step back and really look. Don't let go of the caring...being able to care regardless of hurt is part of what makes a good person.
I'm more than happy to listen if you ever want to talk for a while.
