Their bodies surged together the speed and fluidity of the girls movements belaying the power the carried. Thrope struggled to fend her off as she threw herself at him. Fists, feet, knees flew in rapid succession seeming to come from every angle as Thrope was forced to give way under the onslaught. What surprised him more than her speed was the power. His armour shuddered with each blow, the internal sensors flashing warning lights as the impacts registered near to the level of a gunshot.
By comparison his blows seemed to be glacial. Even his his jabs, normally quick and snappy seemed to pass harmlessly past her as she bobbed and weaved, exchanging each missed blow for a connecting one in return. He felt the chest plates internal couplings buckle as she landed a terribly fearsome kick in his abdomen and winced as he tried to breath. The blow had bent one of the plates pressing it up into his diaphragm.
Warning lights flashed as the suit registered the damage and the change in his airflow. He watched the sensors, the dials, every piece of technology
