The crowbar was heavier than it looked and Dard struggled to lift from where it had clattered to the gantry. The hulking form of the brute lay sprawled nearby, his head a little crooked. Dard wiped the sweat that had accumulated and looked around.

The factory, for the most part, was a ruin, only remnants of the super-structure had remained intact, and even those were in pretty poor condition. He shifted nervously and deciding the crowbar was too heavy to carry tossed the offending hook over the edge of the gantry. It clattered to the stone floor skipping off into the shadowed darkness that shrouded the factorys floor.

Limping he made his way along the gantry, the direction didnt matter, out was out. He winced with each step as the bones in and around his knee ground together.

Bastards always have to do some kind of damage that isnt easily repairable, he said as he slowed to a stop in front of the yawning chasm offered by the shattered gantry.

With a sigh he pitched himself forward and plunged into the darkness.
