so i am finially home at our home in brooklyn. justin and i made the drive (with a pit stop at godiva) yesterday afternoon.
surgery, went as well as anyone would ever want it to. justin is pretty upset becasue he feels it was "unnessacary" I actually am fine with it. here's the basic run down. I have poly cystic overy syndrome. I have been having cysts (multiple ones) on my overies for years. this has casued me ALOT of pain. This has been going on for 8 years since my first cyst rupture. I started getting bleeding between periods. 2 months ago I went on glucophage for this problem (after begging for it) in the last 2 months we found out: all my cysts went away, my blood pressure may no longer need a pill, my weight loss is working) etc.
So upon surgery, I was supossed to have the cysts removed and the right overy partially removed if it was unable to be saved. However, since I have been on the new drug 2 months now, there is no trace of cysts.. if i had the surgery when i was decided to do it in september/october, i would have lost most of my right overy. So anyway, justin is really upset about the whole thing becasue they did something they didnt have to. Quite frankly, I dont mind. I am glad someone got to see inside me and check everything out and determine the other effects that the PCOS has had on me. And the likely hood of everything clearing up. plus i get to know about my non functioning eggs now and get to see if the medication will help them, or if i am really non functining.
anyway, i cant sleep later than 6 am. I try but i always have to piss. god damn internal alarm clock.
speaking of which justins real one just went off.
i hope the advil kicks in soon.

Also, please let me know what the meds are for your cysts - I may not really care too much for my ex wife, but shes had cyst explosions which nearly killed her, etc...2 months it vanished? Almost too good to be true. I'd like to pass the news & info along to her if possible.
They wouldnt let you out of the hospital to come drinking at SG holiday party? I dont understand...one is your uterus, the other is your stomach - not connected!!
