And no, my doctor type needle-phobia is not at all the same as getting pierced or tattooed. One more person asks me what up with that and I'm gonna throw them into a Singapore prison and personally cane their ass.

Oh, and I totally have a medical needle phobia. But obviously not so much of a piercing or tattooing phobia - so i understand completely. I get asked what's up with that all the time!
