You guys have to check out Derren Brown.

This guy is a "magician" of a new sort. He isn't out to do sleight of hand (which he can), but more to mess with your perception and suggestibility. The site has a bunch of vids and explanations of what he did. It's rather cool.

Just to give you a little bit more info, some of the clips are: Darren making people fall asleep, Darren making a cab driver forget where something is, Darren controlling a person with a doll, and (possibly my favorite) Darren making a crowd obey a command and do something strange and rather stupid.
