I'm thinking - start with a rosemary bread. dip in egg batter (salt, pepper, egg, little milk), cook as normal, top with: tomato, basil, chevre and chopped bacon.
or extra sour caraway rye topped with sauteed onion, corned beef (the good stuff, hater!) and provolone.
