In 3 weeks I am doing a 10K run for charity! It's been about 4 months since i've actually been to the gym or done any amount of exercise so i have 3 weeks of fairly intense training ahead of me. It will also give me the opportunity to give up the fags again as i will no way be able to finish 10K with faggy lungs, plus I'm asthmatic so it's gonna be even harder!!!
Whilst training I am going to take photos of myself (nude I should add) to document my body change, this will be put on show at a photo exhibition that I am going to host in November. I will add some to my SG page as I think it's only fair since most other people on here have not a lot on...

you do have a road ahead of you. good luck i hope the lungs can hold up
stretch a lot. A LOT. keep those muscles from cramping. charlie horses are not fun.
