The employee meeting was a waste of time. The owner asked if we wanted fix or rotating schedules. We said rotating. He said, "If I'm hearing you correctly, you want fixed." We'd tell him no, he kept saying it. Basically he's already made up his mind and was only asking for our opinions as a formality. We have to read the employee and server manuals, then we'll have a 15-minute meeting with him to discuss the rules. In reading them, I've realize I've broken almost every rule. How funny. Our summer uniforms will be baby dolls tees and shorts/capris for the girls. I don't know what kind of shirts the guys get to wear, but they are not allowed to wear shorts. The owner said, "It's not a health issue, it's a personal preference." Someone should sue for gender discrimination. I should call some government authority and blow the whistle.

It was awesome seeing everyone, I'm just sad MisterSatan, unravled, joscelyne and Jeremy will be gone. I also had a good time with MS and the Double J at Rockbottom Saturday night. I'm gonna miss those kids.

He called me an hour and a half before we were supposed to meet up. He said he had to deal with a client. I'm bummed, but whatever. I don't know if we'll reschedule.

You have to find time to see Richard III at the Long Beach Shakespeare Company in Bixby Knolls. The guy who plays Richard is just so wonderfully villainous. He shows just how much of a dick Dick is. I was sad to note one of the best female actors is no longer with the troupe. She was always amazing. I hope this means she moved onto something better. 28 Weeks Later is coming out next week, I think. Will someone go with me and then stay with me at night so when I get freaked out I won't be alone? And I still need to see Dirty Dancing. Pretty please go with me?
