Oh, things are gonna get really bad for the Bush Administration. Upcoming we have (in approximate order)
1) Katrina Fallout (ongoing for months)
2) Continued or worsening Iraq problems.
3) Roberts' confirmation, which looked to be smooth sailing but with a weak Whitehouse, who knows.
4) Chief Justice Nomination/Confirmation with Scalia being almost the only viable choice but I wouldn't be surprised to see a Thomas nomination to force opponents to burn money.
5) An ultra-conservative nominee to be named later. That's right. It could be Bush's last chance with a republican controlled congress.
6) 2006 Elections. If the Whitehouse is still under fire, expect to see some Republicans turn on the Whitehouse as they write off any possibility of riding on Bush's coattails.
And, somewhere in there, indictments over the Plame case. Maybe not terribly high up the food chain but still indictments.
Its going to be interesting.

Edit. Sep 5, 2005.
Wow. I never thought Roberts for chief justice. In many ways, that's even less controversial than Scalia. I think that Roberts will be confirmed without much fuss from the dems but some groups will be livid. I really think the dems are keeping thier powder dry.
