Is It Really Over?
Who else is glad that Christmas is over?? I'm so thrilled that soon I will be able to go to a store without the fear of getting trampled by shoppers who just seem to forget common courtesy during the holidays. Also, I'm glad that people will be returning to their usual rude selves as opposed to their EXTRA-rude selves, holiday version. New Year's I can deal with because there is no shopping involved and I don't drink so I won't have to deal with the bar scene.
Anyone doing anything different for New Year's (aside from a bar)? I was going to sit home and watch the Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi (like I normally do...I look forward to it every year because I'm a loser ). However, Walter and I might be going to Boston's First Night. They are having some interesting events like iron sculpting, a poetry slam, and a showing of Voltron (I mean, Voltron...how cool is that??!!)

I'm glad you and Walter came by! We will all have to meet up at zode's bar during his shift and visit him
PS: I too thought of picking up a second job at Starbuck's, but I'm afraid they will steam away my soul But I have taken a special interest in their shaken iced tea and lemonade (yum!)
PPS: New Boss asked me if you were spending all your free time looking at MCAS as he had advised you to do. I said, of course! Then he told me to take down most of the posters in my room since I have exceeded the fire code. See you next week!
