Ok, so apparently my new profile pic is THAT scary that I only received one comment yesterday And thanks to that one comment by JennyNicole who called me "adorable," I can now face the world again

I just had dinner with the absolutely lovely and fabulous faeriecatofdoom! I must bow down to her and become her ever-attentive student, for she is the QUEEN of horror movies, books and mags. I have been humbled However, she has offered me free reign of her collections so I'll be taking her up on that offer for sure!

I have also been humbled by the amount of work I need to do to my house. My grandparents are coming over for dinner on Sunday (they've never been here since I moved in) and I can't bear to have them come here with the place looking as it does. The house is really old and is in need of a LOT of repair (hint, hint: anybody out there paint houses? Wanna do some charity work? Contact me ) . So Walter and I have been frantically trying to make the place look more acceptable by moving furniture and painting. My grandfather tells me that he doesn't go over people's houses to comment on what they look like, but my parents and grandparents live in lovely homes...homes that you could eat off of the floor. Mine...not so much. I mean my dogs like eating off of the floor but....

Meh, where's that wealthy, obsure relative that I don't know about who is going to die and leave me millions?
