I figured I'd start out tonight by clarifying that I also eat soy milk only on cereal - I don't actually drink it straight. (No soy milk and cookies here - although I guess it would be soy milk and granola or something like that). Actually, the idea of soy milk white russian just popped into my head. I don't even want to think about how that would taste. The Dude would definitely not approve.
Soy milk does seem to work pretty well with cereal though. I think I read somewhere that humans are the only mammal that even drinks milk past infancy or early development. I couldn't confirm that before writing this post, but a quick check of the other mammals on our side of the evolutionary ladder shows that neither chimps or dolphins have a National Dairy Council.
I did, however, find the following websites offering extremely different views on milk. It just goes to show people can have a strong opinion on just about anything. This first guy really has a problem with milk (and possibly went off his meds):
Milk Facts
The first thing you'll notice about the next site, which is pro-milk, is that apparently pro-milk people are much better web developers than anti-milk people. Is this a possible link between Calcium and HTML? I'm not really sure.
MooMilk
I think I like the second site because it has the cartoon cows and it makes the "mooo sound." Here's my own cartoon drawing of a cow:
The fact that the cow is driving the Model T only makes sense if you remember how Henry Ford came up with the idea for the assembly line. But since when do cartoons need to make sense anyway?

I personally get nauseous when I drink it.
