Been an odd week. I had a couple of days off, which was to get some jobs done. One of which was to go into the tattoo place in Dewsbury to see if I could find an angel they could do for me. Upshot of it was, they're going to fraw out a design for an angel for me to look over in the next couple of weeks, and I'm booked in for it to be done in mid-October because that's when they're next free. Mid-October! I suppose at least this means that they are busy, which is a good thing.
Downside, various electronic stuff in my house is playing up. I love my gadgets, but I'm getting fed up of the hassle I have with them. I really need to make up my mind to just throw away my DVD recorder/hard drive because the thing has never worked properly. But that doesn't help me much as it means I'll go looking for something to replace it and the set-up will be just as complex. Still, the guy comes to install the Sky HD next week so when that happens, I'll have the full set that I want, and then I just need to arrange everything to work, find some way to have it all in palce, etc. I've got a blu-ray player sitting in my spare bedroom at the moment because there's no physical way I can connect it in because there's nowhere for it to stand.
My free time seems to have disappeared in August, what with work, and a cousin's wedding, and hopefully getting to the gym more, so perhaps I don't actually need to set anything up as I won't have time to use it. That might actually be easier.
