ps don't feel bad, my chest is a work in progress, because that shit fucking hurt. Had to tell him alright thats enough for today lol and it's a tiny outline of wooden heart doors and a lock lol.

Just try to keep breathing as normal as possible with the ribs. It was hard to do it when I got mine since breathing caused my abdomen to move but it helped the pain. The feeling definitely raddled through my entire body and at times it sounded strange. Just go for it
