CALLING ON GIRLS!!!
Im pretty jealous of a lot of you skinny mini's bellies!!! You know, totally flat, some with hip bones, or even some that done but are still perfect.
What do you guys do?? What kind of exercise? How do you eat a little different or the same? What could you possibly be doing to stay that way.
I count calories, dont eat any junk, and the only sweets i eat are popsicles that have 60 calories for every 3!
Please dont tell me that i dont need to lose weight or that i DO look like that, i dont and i know it.
I dont, i know it. I just want to get back to the way my belly looked in my first set, or smaller. But i also want to be healthy!
Im vegan, so nothing nasty goes to my belly.
I do an hour of exercise mostly everyday, that focuses mainly on my belly and love handles (Hula hoop for 30 minutes, sit up, crunches, planks) and other parts too (squats, lifts, pushups, etc) and it only seems like im gaining more. I have a pouch of fat on the front of my belly like a lot of girl, but i want it gone!!! ALLL I want is to have a flat belly!!!!!!!!
SO, what do you guys to stay flat or how did you get there in the first place?

1. Mon-Wed-Fr: I work on Chin Ups in several different ways to "attack" my body
2. Th-Tu: 30 min Rope Jumping, also in different ways to avoid to be bore and work out all my body.
3. Sat: Rest
4. Sun: Going Out with my bike!...
And that's all... it's works for me!! ahhhh, BTW I almost don't eat any flour-derived products!!..... but You Look Fine!!!!!!! Hope it can help you!!
