Arf! Tired, I have been on this freaking nightshift for 10 months now, I'm not too sure about UK laws but I think this is not right, and I have now started to wake up not at the usual 8.30 am but 7.30! What is wrong with me? It seems like my body thinks 4h sleep is enough, well let me tell you it's not!!
