Last year at this time, I was looking and feeling better than I have for years. I was down to 185lbs. and going to the gym 5 times a week.
The last time I set foot on a scale (maybe a month and a half ago) I was near 240lbs. I'm pretty sure I've gained a few since then. I don't even want to know what it is now. I just walked up a flight of stairs and I'm panting to catch my breath.
What the fuck happened to me?
I gotta make this right... and soon.
I feel like shit and I hate myself for letting this happen again...
