My back is still in pain. Today I'm going to get a shot in the ass and some manipulation of the joint that is stuck. I hope this is over soon.

The past couple of days hve been rough. I threw my back out again and now can barely walk. Isaw the doc yesterday but no drugs. I had to cancel out of working the Common show at the Fillmore.

What a day sunday was!

I went to a dance class with a new friend at The Mercury Cafe. We learned some new moves and had some laughs.

That night I went to Boulder to see Z-trip. Truly an AMAZING show! It was a fun night. Frenchie and I rode up with M&Z in the galaxie. Such a beautiful drive back to Denver.

The past few days have been fun. The weather has been nice here, so I have been driving the galaxie around. I haven't been working much, just chillin'.
