Everybody in my house now either works full time or goes to school, this means there's no one here to take any post that can't fit through the ole letter flap.
Subsequently, that means that as I'm a big fan of ordering on the internet, so is my sister and it being nearly christmas even my parents are having a fair old bash at it that there was a rather large pile of "stuff" waiting for us at the local post office to be collected.
It was indead like a mini (allbeit mutely coloured) christmas when I got home today, among the parcel tape, bubble wrap and junk could be found most of the xmas presents I'd ordered for my family and friends.
But somewhat more importantly there lurked a conspicuios and surprisingly heavy A4 envelope containing none other then my.....
PERMENANT CONTRACT!!! w00000000000t
Sorry for teh interweb shouting but this is very important to me as it marks the first time since I started working three and a half years ago that I've been in full employment without any "probation periods" or agencies or any other crap.
Plus earlier this week I got given over 150 off of my car insurance just for updating my profile to say I was employed and no longer a deadbeat.
This unexpected and most welcome lightening of the insurance blow has meant a bit more cash for me to make use of this holiday so it's been an excellent week.
Hope you're all keeping well and having fun.
