Khryptic and I had our little private Valentine's yesterday because the real Valentine's day is all booked up for moi. It was very sweet.

He got me this GORGEOUS buddhist "prayer" box with Om Mani Padme Hum in tibetan on it (but the script is super small) and two dorjes on each side. And inside he left a little love note that I've been reading waaaay too often. Made in Nepal which rocks.

Spent the day curled up with my baby. Had some new sexual adventures, which I liked mucho much. Said some things I had been keeping inside.

All in all, my day with him was perfect.

And the rest of the day before that was very good, too. Took a quiz in math, but I think I did well. Then I went to pick Khryp up his flowers for Valentine's. Two days before, I had gone to a small florist to talk to them about the bouquet. I had gotten Khryptic a weird vase for V-Day, so there were special requirements of the flowers. I couldn't just order a normal bouquet. But these guys were jackasses, and were annoyed that I was trying to do something special for my hunny as opposed to the usual, run in, dozen roses, run out.

Meanies.

In that florist, we were talking about lilies or orchids, and the lady's like, "Well I already have orchids pulled out, it's $6 a stem."

...

This does not appease the cheap-o Daynah.

But I was driving back because it had to be a custom thing, I couldn't order it online, and that's the only small florist I knew of without going totally out of my way. But on the way to the florist, I noticed the Flower Patch Florist. I popped in, and these guys were GREAT! They didn't have the variety I was looking for (so I got lilies instead of orchids), but they were very helpful in picking out the flowers and about how they'd look in the vase (and I could only give a description of it, since the vase store had wrapped it up for me). They helped me pick out lilies and curly willows and some average greanery to fill the space. And all that was for like $5.50.

Daynah is appeased.

As I'm leaving, the florist kinda chases me down to give me her business card and inform me that when Khryptic and I "get it official" (what?) that she does weddings. (what?!)

And there's something about a girl holding a bouquet of flowers that makes all the men around her drool, there has to be. I was glowing a bit because it was our V-Day and I had just bought something for my Khryptic-baby (if there's anything that makes me happy, it's buying stuff for him) and then I was holding a bouquet... everyone I passed by while I continued shopping and went out to eat and got my emissions just smiled at me and/or flirted with me. And not like rude flirting. This time they flirted like I had class.

And that felt real nice.

So... teeth update!

I gotta new Sonicare 4500. And this thing is like a friggin' computer. The first 12 times you use it, it works softer. I suppose for the same reason good guys are softer on virgins. O_o And it only stays on for 2 minutes at a time, which is how long you're supposed to brush, and it divides that 2 minutes into four sections to help you even out your brushing.

Wow.

I also gotta new normal tooth brush to leave at Khryptic and one for travel. ~blushes~ I still gotta get a hair dryer and brush to leave there.

Now off to brush my teeth! I will be victorious!

Five of the 15 cavities are getting filled, of those 10 left, my goal is to heal at least seven of them.
