I am getting myself a new digital camera. Somehow I find myself in Best Buy at least twice a week. This is the one I like best- Sony CyberShot DSC-F828 8.0 MegaPixel Digital Camera. It has a night vision feature that is pretty spiffy. The one I m comparing it to is the Nikon Coolpix 8700 8.0 Megapixel 8x Optical/4x Digital Zoom; Digital Camera. If anyone knows anything about these or any other great cameras just let me know. I am probably going to pick it up fairly soon, maybe this weekend. Gosh I love new gagets! love

Just make sure there is a function to EASILY turn off the FLASH. I was takin pics of my girl the other day and this was a prob... cause I had created really cool soft lighting with bastard-amber gels... but the fuckin flash kept ruining it... and the manuel was really poorly written and hard to figure out.

Yeah I understand the flash thing cause I am well-pretty white. I am pretty sure you can turn the flash off and even change the flash but I will double check all that. Thanx for the advice. My only thing with the nikon is that it doesn't have night vision...so that is why i sorta lean towards the sony.
