Funny how this looks a lot like myspace
Yet, another reminder of my ever so growing addiction to myspace. I think I may need a 12-step program. When you call people less and message them moreyou know you need help.
So, I have finally decided to get my lil ass into gear and put on some weight. I spent a grip of money last weekend hooking up the supplements.
Right now my pre workout stack includes:
5-Tetra
Vyotech Instant Volumizer (NO2)
And Post Workout:
Protein, Protein, and more Protein!
Also on the list, Multivitamin (if I can remember to take it)
My goal for the next 3-4 months is to pack on 8lbs LBM
On a happy note, I didnt realize it until now, but I can leg press 190lbs for 10 repsboy have I been slacking up until now.
