Wowsers, I had a few killer workouts this week. Saturday 12:30 in the AM- -I was totally pumped for my leg workout. Everything just seemed so dead on. My squats were stronger then ever. I have been focusing on my form a lot lately. Seems to be helping big time. Then, on Saturday I had a muscular endurance work out. Although I had little sleep all weekend, it was still a decent workout. Then, Sunday I kicked my lil tired and sore booty with 2 different KettleBell workouts. The first was CardioBells30 minutes of kettlbell endurance training. The second being; Max Bells BOYB Kettlebell Training for Grapplers. Basically it was a bunch of functional/power training. But is kicks your butt yo! Then Monday morning I worked with my girl Tashs friend at LA Boxing. She stood us up though. But we got a decent workout inaside from me being so damn sore. So, my plans for today are as follows rest, rest, and then work.

I doubt I'll pay to watch the competition, just goin to check out the different stuff that's around.
