bleh......
my best friend is supposedly moving here in august when my boyfriend and i get our new house. we've talked about it before but it didn't happen. she lives across the country in new york, where she grew up, but i met her when we were both going to school up in the bay area. i got to go visit her two christmases ago and that's the last time i saw her. i really miss her and although we talk a lot it's not the same. i hope that it actually happens, that she really does move. that would be soooo amazing. at least if she doesn't i still have my other best friend (and the love of my life) around ALL the time.
also. yesterday i went to the hospital to visit my friend/coworker who was in the car accident. she looked great and her spirits were pretty high. the only low point in the visit was when she wasked her mom to move her legs for her- i did get a little teary-eyed then, but i'm ok. i think even though her odds are bad that she will get through it, i truly believe that she will walk again- just gotta keep praying.
i'm hungry. i think my parents are having ribs, will probably swoop on that- yummy.
ok, well, i'm going to attempt to pull my love from his x-box, wish me luck!!!

I know it is hard but the best thing you can do for her is try to stay positive. Spinal coed injuries are tricky things. Nothing is really known at first. It takes time to really know what is going to happen.
